We Kicked January’s Bottom!
Just want to say a huge well done to everyone for making it to class in a very cold January (and start of February). When it is this cold and snowy I often grit my teeth for very quiet classes, but was so impressed with you hard core people coming out in all weathers.
I’m sorry I doubted or underestimated you! We’re going to carry straight on through February with even hotter tracks. As much as I dislike some fitness soundbites one that I heard in January which has stayed with me is “summer bodies are made in winter”. And you already look awesome!
Price Changes for Chinese New Year (Year of the Goat)
The time has come! My Mitcham classes have stayed at the same price for 3-4 years now and my Vestry Hall room hire charges will be going up for the third time in March, so I’ve decided to make some changes. Before you panic I am going to give you the option to keep your current price (£5) if you book and prepay for classes, either in class the week before or via Paypal to pearl@pearlescapes.co.uk (and I will add more details to my Booking page).
Zumba Gold will now be £6 per class on the day and Zumba Fitness £7 on the day, you can make life even easier by booking a month of classes at Vestry Hall for £40 if you like.
The Chinese New Year is February 18th so I will be launching new prices and booking then with a few weeks to get into the new groove before prices officially change on 1st March (plus I need time to reprint my timetables!)

This is one of only two runs I’ve wanted to do (the other is the Santa Dash!) although spaces get booked up so quickly that I’m really lucky to have booked a space for Sunday 5th July in Kent. I’d love it if any of you want to come join me - and you can come and spectate for free!
As you can see from the video kids are welcome and under 6s are free!
I haven’t decided if I am just doing this for fun or charity yet - just that I am DOING IT FINALLY!
