Essentially it’s just a gentler type of Sauna, which is great for relaxing and actually enjoying sitting on the wood.


However, always remember that this is still a heat treatment and therefore detoxing and you may be liable to dehydration if you spend too long in here or don’t keep drinking water, juice or herbal tea (usually on offer in most spas).


Definitely one to try if you find saunas a bit too much.
